I would like to thank Pam Hudson for her help and support throughout the process of buying a home in Mendocino. The activity started in March 2010 and we closed at the end of April. I was physically absent most of this time, since I presently live & work in the Bay Area, over 4 hours from Mendocino.My absence put Pam on the front lines for the entire process. She was placed squarely in the middle of detailed and time-urgent communications between me and the seller, the lender, the assessor and what seemed like countless others. She translated arcane terminology into language I could understand. She provided advice & guidance when I needed it.
